Musselburgh Old Course is proud to have Brian and Rhonda Stewart as our caterers. With over twenty years experience as an executive Chef and an international reputation second to none, Brian brings a new dimension for all those eating at Musselburgh Old Course.

Brian spent most of his years working in South Africa in some of their grandest hotels such as the Caledon Casino, Hotel & Spa, Karos Wilderness and Arthur’s Seat Hotel. During this time he has cooked for many VIPs and celebrities. Winner of many awards, he has also been chosen to represent chefs at prestigious functions. It is clear Brian provides us with a service second to none. After relocating back to Scotland, Brian came to work at the Old Course and is totally committed to the Old Course cause and is providing a quality of service for us all to be proud of.

Capable of organising functions, parties, visiting groups of golfers or anything else, Brian has the experience and expertise to ensure all your needs are catered for. Whether it’s a bacon roll and coffee before your round or a five-course meal you are after, Brian consistently provides quality food at reasonable prices. Due to high demand it is advisable to book.

Brian provides breakfast until 1pm and serves lunch thereafter. It is always advised to book for Sunday dinner.
